I thought the open format of Saturday's event was a breath of fresh air.  Rather than the "canned" topics that often get chosen ahead of time, having all of us set the agenda worked really well.  Thanks to everyone who presented, and thanks to everyone who participated in my presentations.  Great ideas.  Great conversation.  Great people.
